1. HFD responded to reports of a person down
2. Officers were flagged down in the area for a deceased male
3. HFD pronounced a male deceased on the sidewalk just south of the intersection with Skyline
4. Male sustained multiple gunshot wounds
5. HPD is investigating if a reported car jacking nearby is connected
