Man Fatally Shot Outside Riverside Stater Bros Market

PIO RYAN RAILSBACK HAS CONFIRMED BOTH VICTIM AND SUSPECT ARE IN THEIR 20’S

At around 4:22 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting in a supermarket parking lot in the 9200 block of Magnolia Avenue. When they arrived, they found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The suspect, who remained in the parking lot, surrendered to officers. Also ,no bystanders were injured.

Detectives from our Robbery–Homicide Unit have responded and are conducting the investigation. As this is still in the early stages, the motive behind the shooting has not yet been determined.
