Man Extricated By Firefighters In Possible DUI Crash | San Fernando

08.30.2022 | 10:57 PM | SAN FERNANDO – LAFD responded to a report of a traffic accident. When they arrived, they found a two-vehicle collision with one driver trapped. Firefighters used the Jaws of life to free the victim from the vehicle. The victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Officers a black BMW at a high rate of speed and blowing red lights, before they could catch up the driver collided with the second vehicle. The driver was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI, open alcohol containers were found in the vehicle. The crash is still under investigation. No other injuries were reported.
