- HPD, HFD and County responded to reports of a crash with fire and extrication
- prelim reports of a male trapped inside a truck which caught fire after a crash on the feeder
- Firefighters arrived and went to work on the flames, and located a deceased male inside once the fire was out
- Prelim info- male was driving at a high rate of speed, when he struck the wall on the feeder
- the driver rode the wall for about 150 yards before impacting next to a pole
