DETAILS:

1. A man was shot while driving on Van Nuys Blvd.
2. The suspect fired multiple shot hitting the victim and also striking parked vehicles.
3. Windows on some of the parked car can be seen shattered.
4. The victim crashed into a black rod iron gate.
5. LAFD transported in unknown condition.
