DETAILS:

1. A man destroyed the front end of a smoke shop at the intersection of Glenoaks Ave and Van Nuys Blvd.
2. The suspect used rocks and even a dumbbell.
3. LAPD arrived on the scene, and additional units were called.
4. The suspect was taken into custody.
