Man Attempts to Carjack Bystander After Being Struck by Semi | South LA
06.27.2022 | 1:39 AM | SOUTH LA – Wild scene unfolded at the scene of a big rig vs. pedestrian.
The man laid in the roadway heavily bleeding and not moving after being struck by the big rig.
When the fire department arrived on scene, the man stood up and started punching and fighting bystanders.
The man then attempted to carjack a bystander in their vehicle.
CHP arrived on scene and the man started punching a CHP officer.
A taser was deployed by CHP.
The man was transported in unknown condition to a local area hospital.
LAPD radio traffic suggested the collision may possibly go fatal.
No further details are known at this time.
