Man Arrested After Setting Fire in Bridge

- A man that was living in a bridge was arrested for starting a fire and catching the inside of the bridge on fire. ELA LASD took the make into custody along with his belongings. LACOFD used all the water they had in their engine to put the fire inside the bridge out. Firefighters arrived at scene and called for deputies for a man refusing to leave the bridge. Footage shows the man exiting the hole and trying to leave. Footage shows firefighters keeping the man there until LASD arrived.
