Man Arrested After Laundromat Break-In In Silver Lake

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on May 6, 2026, officers responded to a reported burglary at a laundromat near Benton Way and Sunset Boulevard in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles.

Authorities say a suspect broke into the business and damaged an ATM machine inside the location.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene, and officers recovered burglary tools believed to have been used during the break-in.

The investigation remains ongoing.
