Man Airlifted To Area Hospital After Falling Off Cliff

DETAILS:

1. A man was found by LA County lifeguards at the bottom of a cliff at Point Fermin Park.
2. The lifeguards reported the man to be unresponsive, suffering from major traumatic injuries.
3. As LAFD personnel arrived, the man was reported to be alert and talking.
4. An LAFD helicopter picked up the man and flew him to the hospital with a broken leg.
5. There is no information on whether he jumped or slipped and fell.
