Male Shot & Killed Outside Of Houston Elementary School

DETAILS:

1. HCSO and EMS responded to reports of a person down in the roadway
2. prelim info- male located with a gunshot wound to the chest
3. Male pronounced deceased at scene
4. Male appears to be a black male in his 30’s or 40’s, and has dreadlocks
5. The reporting party remained at scene, and saw the male while driving down the street
6. The shooting took place on the front grass of Kujawa Elementary School
7. It appears the male was walking down the street when he was shot
