Male Shot and Killed at Gas Station

DETAILS:
- HPD and HFD responded to reports of a shooting
- Arriving companies located a male down in the gas station with at least one gunshot wound
- The male was pronounced deceased at the scene
- Officers established a perimeter and a crime scene
- Officers learned that the deceased had an altercation with another male, which carried into the parking lot
- the other male believed to be a black male in his 20s, discharged a firearm striking the victim
- The shooter then fled the scene.
