1. One person deceased on scene in front of Walmart on FM2100 after crashing into pole per Crosby VFD via X.
2. Victim was driver and sole occupant, hispanic, in his 40s.
3. He was traveling southbound when he drove onto sidewalk, struck one pole and crashed into another.
4. Male did not have his seatbelt and airbags were deployed.
