Male Killed After Bizarre Confrontation

DETAILS:

1. Three males (described as African-American) were asking for $20 at a food truck.
2. The victim said he will get them $20, went back to the apartments nearby, and came back with a pistol.
3. He pointed at the suspects but did not fire.
4. The suspects returned fire, striking the deceased.
5. Suspects fled on foot and went west on Elm St.
6. One of the officers already identified one of the suspects but no one is in custody at this time.
