DETAILS:
- DPS trooper came up on a speeding motorcycle without a license plate.
- Trooper attempted to stop the bike for plate violation.
- Bike evaded, got off freeway, turned around, got back on the freeway, weaved in and out of traffic, tried to elude the trooper at exit 41A and struck the metal barrier.
- Biker’s speed was over 100mph.
- Biker sustained serious injuries and is in critical condition.
- Biker has warrants for evading police in the past as well as misdemeanor arrests.
