Major Injury Crash Sends Two to Hospital | Chula Vista

11.27.2021 | 11:51 PM | CHULA VISTA – Chula Vista Police are investigating what led to a major injury crash at the intersection of Telegraph Canyon Rd. & Paseo Ladera that sent 2 people with major injuries to the hospital.

First Responders arrived and found 2 vehicles that had crashed at the intersection left both vehicles heavily damaged.

One woman had to be extricated from her vehicle after she became trapped.

A whole engine block could be seen on the roadway as debris filled the streets.

Both drivers were transported to Scripps Mercy hospital with major injuries.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
