- On June 28th, 2025, at about 10:56 PM, CHP, County Fire, and AMR responded to a reported traffic collision on the Southbound 215 Freeway on the Baseline offramp.
- CHP arrived at the scene and located a 3-4 vehicle collision with one vehicle overturned
- That driver was transported to a local hospital with major injuries.
- No other parties involved were transported.
