- Toyota Camry and a Honda Sedan collided head on.
- One person in. each vehicle was trapped and required extrication.
- Phelan Road was completely blocked for about a half hour.
- Patients were extricated and transported by ground ambulance to the local Stater Bros. parking lot at Sheep Creek Road and Phelan Road
- Two Advanced Life Support (ALS) Airships were ordered to transport the patients to trauma centers.
- Per CHP Logs, one person was arrested for 23153a and transported to jail.
