Los Angeles: Woman Shot In Broad Daylight

07.12.2019 | 2:50 PM | LOS ANGELES – A woman was hospitalized after being gunned down in broad daylight, Friday afternoon.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of Budlong Avenue and 62nd Street around 2:50 PM.

Units arriving on scene found an adult female down suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the woman on scene before transporting her to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Police cordoned off the area while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

According to witnesses, two males were seen fleeing the scene north on Budlong Avenue in a black Chevrolet Malibu shortly after the shooting.
