Los Angeles: Shooting Fatally Wounds Bicyclist

12.01.2019 | 9:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – A bicyclist was struck and killed by gunfire, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a bicyclist down near the intersection of South Figueroa and West 89th streets around 9:00 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a bicyclist down suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the bicyclist deceased on scene.

Officers cordoned off the area while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.
