Los Angeles: Racing Crash Injures Three

12.19.2018 | 1:50 AM | LOS ANGELES – Three people were injured after a reported street racing, Wednesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection of La Brea and Slauson avenues around 1:50 AM.

Units arriving on scene found at least three vehicles wrecked at the intersection with one patient trapped inside a car.

Crews worked to free the trapped patient using heavy rescue tools and eventually treated and transported them to an area hospital along with two other patients.

Witnesses day they saw a blue Chevrolet Camaro racing at high-speeds with another car before losing control and crashing into vehicles stopped at a red light.

Officers were on scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
