Los Angeles: Pursuit Of Stolen Box Truck Ends With Crash Into Building

05.05.2020 | 10:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – A stolen box truck crashed into a building at the end of a pursuit in downtown, Tuesday night.

Officers were in pursuit of a large yellow box truck that had been reported stolen in the downtown area of Los Angeles shortly before 10:00 PM.

The pursuit later ended when the driver of the stolen truck drove onto a sidewalk and crashed into a building in the 700 block of South Los Angeles Street.

Officers quickly apprehended the driver who was treated on scene by firefighter paramedics before being placed into custody.

Additional details regarding the pursuit crash were not immediately available.
