Los Angeles: Police Capture Pursuit Suspect

08.27.2019 | 10:30 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man who led police on a pursuit while in a reportedly stolen vehicle was taken into custody, Tuesday night.

Authorities attempted to stop a reportedly stolen vehicle near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Osborne Street around 10:30 PM.

The male driver of the vehicle failed to yield to police, leading officers on a pursuit that traversed several freeways before coming to an end on the northbound I-5 Freeway near Newhall Ranch Road.

Officers ordered the suspect out of the vehicle and took him into custody without incident.
