Los Angeles: Pedestrian Killed By Hit And Run Driver

12.15.2018 | 10:17 PM | LOS ANGELES – Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that fled after striking and killed a pedestrian, Saturday night.

Officers responded to reports of an auto versus pedestrian traffic collision in the 10200 block of Sunset Boulevard around 10:17 PM.

Units arriving on scene of the Westwood neighborhood found a pedestrian down in the roadway.

Firefighter paramedics evaluated the victim and determined they were deceased.

According to reports from the scene, the driver of the vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene.

No suspect or vehicle description was immediately available.
