Los Angeles: Officers Converge On Lowriders

03.27.2019 | 10:20 PM | LOS ANGELES – Officers converged on a group of lowriders writing citations, Wednesday night.

Officers responded to reports of lowriders cruising in the area of Van Nuys Boulevard and Hatteras Street around 10:20 PM.

Units arriving on scene stopped traffic and detained a number of participants while they wrote citations.

The crowd eventually dispersed without further incident.

It was unclear if any arrests took place.
