Los Angeles: Multi-Vehicle Crash Injures Seven, Leads To Firearm Recovery

06.09.2019 | 10:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – A multi-vehicle crash left seven people injured, including four infants, and led to the recovery of a handgun, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving multiple  vehicles in the 19700 block of West Lassen Street in the Northridge area around 10:00 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a traffic collision involving at least three vehicles with multiple injuries.

Firefighter paramedics treated and transported a total of seven patients, including four infants and three adults, all of whom were in varying conditions.

The driver of one involved vehicle fled the scene on foot.

Police discovered a handgun in that driver’s vehicle prompting further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
