Los Angeles: Man In Car Shot To Death

04.07.2019 | 11:50 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man was shot to death as he sat in his car, late Sunday night.

Authorities responded to the reported shooting in the 6900 block of Denver Avenue around 11:50 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a male suffering from a multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, seated inside a car.

Firefighter paramedics initiated life-saving efforts including CPR and transported the man to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Witnesses on scene reported the man was an out-of-towner visiting from Fresno.

Police said the shooting did not appear to be gang-related.

No suspect description was immediately available.
