Los Angeles: Hundreds Protest Police Shooting Of Jacob Blake

08.25.2020 | 11:20 PM | LOS ANGELES – Several hundred marched to protest the police shooting death of Jacob Blake in Wisconsin, late Monday night.

The protesters gathered near the intersection of Temple and Main streets around 11:20 PM.

Over 200 people marched from the intersection to the Los Angeles Police Department’s headquarters near South Main and East 2nd streets.

The protest became rowdy and officers declared the assembly unlawful around midnight.

Some protesters threw rocks, bottles, and fireworks at officers who responded to protect the police headquarters.

No arrests or injuries were immediately reported.
