Los Angeles: High Speed Pursuit Ends With Crash

11.28.2018 | 12:05 AM | LOS ANGELES – A high-speed pursuit ended with a t-bone style crash, early Wednesday morning.

Officers attempted to stop a vehicle shortly after midnight for suspected narcotics violations in the Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Division.

The suspect failed to yield, leading officers on a high-speed pursuit on city streets during the early morning hours.

The pursuit ended abruptly when the suspect collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Florence Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard.

Both the suspect along with several others in the vehicle he struck were injured in the crash.

Firefighter paramedics arriving on scene shortly after treated the victims on scene before transporting them to area hospitals in unknown condition.

The Los Angeles Police Department was investigating the crash and expected to follow-up with the suspect at the hospital.
