Los Angeles: Fire Rips Through Row Of Garages

02.21.2019 | 11:12 PM | LOS ANGELES – A massive fire ripped through a row of garages in the University Park area, Thursday night.

Firefighters responded to the reported fire in the 700 block of West Washington Boulevard around 11:12 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a row of garages with heavy smoke showing and attempted to make entry to the garages.

Upon entry flames shot out the building’s roof prompting a 20 minuter long battle before the fire was extinguished.

It was unclear what burned in the fire but no injuries were reported.

Fire investigators are on scene to determine the cause.
