Los Angeles: Ferrari Totaled After Hit and Run Crash Involving Big-Rig
11.14.2018 | 9:22 PM | LOS ANGELES – A Ferrari California was totaled after a reported hit and run collision involving a semi-truck, Wednesday night.
Police responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of Porter Street and Santa Fe Avenue shortly after 9:20 PM.
Officers arriving on scene located a three vehicle traffic collision involving a black Ferrari California along with a semi-truck and Chevrolet Tahoe.
Initial reports indicate the Ferrari was rear ended by the Chevrolet Tahoe, forcing it into the rear of the semi-truck. Witnesses reported the driver of the Tahoe then fled on foot.
The driver of the Ferrari was not injured however the vehicle was substantially damaged and appears to be a total loss.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Division was on scene investigating the crash.
