Los Angeles: Arson Suspected After Commercial Building Burns

Authorities responded to reports of a fire burning in the 800 block of West Chavez Avenue in downtown around 3:56 AM.
Units arriving on scene located a single story commercial building with fire showing.
Crews battled the fire for nearly 30 minutes before extinguishing the bulk of the flames.
A witness reported seeing a suspicious man loitering near the building just before the fire and arson investigators are responding to the scene.
