Loose Dogs Cause Freeway Accident w/1 Rescued & 1 Dead

DETAILS:
- 2 Pit Bulls were walking on the southbound CA-15, when the female driver of the Mazda, hit one of the dogs and crashed.
- Another female driving the Nissan was hit by the woman in the Mazda, and she lost control and crashed, flipping onto her roof.
- Good Samaritans stopped to help the women.
- One man stopped and grabbed both dogs, and put them in the back of his truck.
- One of the dogs was deceased from being hit.
- Both females and a small child were transported to a local hospital for their unknown injuries.
- The dogs were transferred to a CHP, and waited for the SD Humane Society to come and get them.
- The southbound lanes of the freeway were closed for approx 30 minutes.
