Long Beach: Shooting Investigation After Man Struck By Gunfire
07.02.2020 | 9:12 PM | LONG BEACH – An investigation is underway after a man was struck by gunfire, Thursday night.
Authorities responded to reports of 15-20 shots being fired near the intersection of Rose Avenue and East 14th Street around 9:12 PM.
Units arriving on scene located a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound and spent shell casings littered in the street.
Firefighter paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Officers cordoned off the scene of the shooting while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
