DETAILS:
- The major storm hammered the san bernardino mountains throughout the day.
- The big concern remains highway 330 through the Line Fire Burn Scar.
- Multiple mud flows and small rock slides impacted the highway however, caltrans patrolled the entire highway with snow plows and were able to keep the highway open and drivable.
- There were dozens of water falls, drainages creaks, and water flows all along the highway.
- Water gushed from hill sides, cliffs, backed up drainages, and all other places that were not normal for water flow.
- As of now highway 330 remained sound, but the concern of a major mudslide grows as this wet weather is expected to continue
