Life-threatening Car vs Pedestrian Hit & Run

DETAILS:

 

1. The male victim was crossing the street in the intersection when the female driver of a black Mercedes sedan hit the male.
2. The driver then fled the scene, leaving the injured man in the street.
3. A Good Samaritan went to help the male and gave the Police a description of the car and driver.
4. The victim’s injuries are major and considered to be life-threatening.
5. S. 47th St is closed between Ocean View Blvd and Logan Ave
6. SDPD is investigating.
