Leimert Park: Investigation Underway After Fatal shooting

06.30.2020 | 11:30 PM | LOS ANGELES – An investigation is underway after a man was shot to death, late Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 4100 block of Garthwaite Avenue in the Leimert Park area around 11:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the victim deceased on scene.

Officers cordoned off the scene of the shooting while they investigated.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
