LAPD K9 Takes Armed Robbery Suspects Into Custody After Pursuit

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-11-24 | Approx 3:00 a.m.
LOCATION: 600 N Hoover St
AREA/CITY: Los Angeles
DETAILS:

1. LAPD rampart officers initiated a pursuit of a black Dodge Durango Hellcat, wanted for a 2-11
2. The suspect fled for a short period of time before crashing into a parked sedan at the 600 block of N Hoover
3. 4 Males bailed on foot from the car
4. One suspect was immediately taken into custody
5. 3 hid in the area prompting LAPD to establish a perimeter
6. The LAPD airship located the 3 suspects and k9 was requested
7. Once K9 was on scene, officers began their search
8. One suspect was quickly taken into custody and was seen fighting with officers
9. Shortly after, the second outstanding suspect was taken into custody & possibly bit by a k9
10. Officers are still actively searching for the third outstanding suspect
