LAPD Clears Out ICE Protest near Union Station

DETAILS:

  1. Anti-ICE protesters cleared out by LAPD
  2. Protesters took over the intersection of Alameda & Cesar Chavez for about 2 hours before LAPD cleared them out.
  3. They tried once and had to retreat & regroup
  4. They came back in force and cleared out the group of about 250 people
  5. Protesters were pushed through the Cesar Chavez tunnel from Alameda St to Vignes St.
  6. Taggers wrote on the Metro supervisor’s vehicle as she navigated through the crowd and then pulled over to try to clean the graffiti on her vehicle.
