LAPD Breaks Window Of Stolen Tesla With “Sleeping” Suspect Inside

AREA/CITY: Los Angeles
DETAILS:

1. LAPD officers were advised that a Blue Tesla had been stolen
2. Officers located the stolen Tesla near the area of James M Wood & S Union Ave
3. Officers attempted to have the suspect exit the vehicle however, he pretended to be asleep
4. Officers were unable to open the vehicle so they were forced to break the window
5. Officers took the suspect into custody without further incident
6. Officers found what appears to be a meth pipe on the suspect
