LAPD Arrests Influencer During Skid Row Livestream

At approximately 4:30pm on March 30th, 2026, Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a large gathering near Gladdys Street and 6th Street in the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles.

The incident occurred during a livestream event hosted by a popular podcast personality in collaboration with a group of artists who have recently gained attention on social media. As the group moved through the area, a crowd of approximately 50 people gathered.

During the livestream, one individual was reportedly seen tagging, which may have prompted the police response. Officers arrived while the group was gathered at a nearby park and detained one individual identified as part of the group.

The individual was taken into custody as onlookers reacted to the police presence.

The investigation remained ongoing.
