Laguna Hills: Driver Dead After Striking Pole

03.12.2020 | 11:15 PM | LAGUNA HILLS – A woman was killed when her car crashed into a pole, late Thursday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of Cabot and Rapid Falls roads just west of the I-5 Freeway around 11:15 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a dark-colored Nissan sedan that had collided with a traffic signal pole.

The driver of the vehicle, a female adult, was pronounced deceased on scene.

Deputies closed off the area surrounding the crash while a Major Accident Investigation Team responded to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
