LAFD Firefighters Battle Small Brush Fire in Los Angeles
11.15.2020 | 6:55 PM | LOS ANGELES – A small 1/4 acre grass fire quickly spread into a 1 acre brush fire early Sunday evening.
LAFD Firefighters responded to the reported blaze shortly before 7 PM in the area of Burbank Blvd and Woodley Avenue, also known as the Sepulveda Basin.
Arriving companies located the blaze growing in a brush area known to have a large number of homeless people.
Firefighters quickly began attacking the blaze and were able to control it within an hour.
The cause of the fire was unknown, and thankfully no injuries were reported.
