DETAILS:
- A massive fire ripped through a commercial building early Wednesday morning.
- A massive plume of smoke could be see as far as Signal Hill.
- A deputy at the scene was sprayed with unknown chemical he said was caused by an explosion he says was caused by acetone.
- Burning clothing can be see inside the warehouse style building.
- A deep smell of chemicals in the air.
- A company next door where they sale possibly roofing material was moving product that was lined up next to the fire.
- Lots of smoke that smells like chemicals are filling surrounding streets.
- The fire is next to Marco Antonio Firebaugh High School. Unknown if school was placed on lockdown due to heavy chemical smoke.
