La Habra: Man Shot Dead Outside Liquor Store

11.02.2020 | 8:50 PM | LA HABRA (CNS) – A man in his 30s was shot and killed Monday evening in La Habra.

Officers responded to a call of a shooting in the area of South Euclid Street and Mountain View Avenue about 8:55 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound, according to Lt. Daniel Barnes of the La Habra Police Department.

The victim died at the scene, Barnes said.

A news photographer at the location said the shooting occurred outside a liquor store near the intersection.

A description of the shooter and motive for the shooting were not immediately available.

The intersection of South Euclid Street and Mountain View Avenue was closed until further notice.
