- As per HPD LT Willkens, Multiple HPD units including K9 responded to a man with a knife breaking into a business located at 7921 Katy Freeway (Factory Eye Glasses), HPD located the suspect who took off running, HPD gave chase and surrounded the suspect outside IKEA, HPD deployed taser and suspect fell to the ground, HFD transferred suspect to ambulance and was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
