Kidnapping Suspect Taken Into Custody

According to Lieutenant Deirdre Vickers with Riverside County Sheriffs Office, at 8:52 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Hamner Avenue regarding a kidnapping. The reporting party advised that a female was kidnapped from the location by her boyfriend.

The female was located in the area of 6th Street in Norco. There were no reported injuries.

Deputies obtained the vehicle’s description and later located it in the 5000 block of Noble Street in Riverside. With assistance from the Riverside Police Department, the suspect was taken into custody without incident. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details are available.
