DETAILS:

1. Units were dispatched to shots fired with an update for one down
2. Upon arrival a victim was found on the south end of the park and ride with multiple GSWs
3. KPD attempted life saving measures passing over to PSF and KCM1. Metro Units with KCSO also arrived on scene due to it being at the park and ride
4. KCM1 pronounced the city deceased on scene
5. No suspect info was readily available from scene

HANDLING AGENCIES: KPD, PSF, KCM1, KCSO Metro were on scene but appeared to conceded the scene to KPD
