Jurupa Valley: Deputy Responding Code 3 Injured After Crash

02.25.2019 | 4:13 PM | JURUPA VALLEY – A deputy responding with lights and sirens activated was injured after colliding with a civilian vehicle, Monday afternoon.

A deputy was responding to an assistance call in Jurupa Valley when he was involved in a collision with a civilian vehicle at the intersection of Limonite Avenue and Peralta Place around 4:13 PM.

Firefighter paramedics responded to the scene and treated both the civilian driver and deputy to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Officers with the California Highway Patrol’s Riverside Office were investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
