- HPD and HFD responded to reports of a major crash
- Arriving companies located an unrestrained solo occupant involved in a rollover crash
- The male was pronounced deceased at scene by HFD
- Prelim info- Male was driving on the wrong side of TC Jester when he crossed over the median and struck a conex box off the roadway
- the force of the impact sent the conex box back and into a fence, while forcing the vehicle to overturn
- The driver of the Jeep, believed to be a white adult male, was not wearing a seatbelt, and was ejected from the vehicle
- Speed was a factor, and impairment will be investigated considering the driver was wrong way prior to crash
- The roadway will be closed for about more 2 hours, and drivers are being asked to avoid TC Jester between 20th Street and Ella until the Investigation is concluded
